Education Secretary: Too many adults lack sufficient skills for job advancement because of the cost of higher education. Businesses should partner with educators to create curricula that are tailored to the needs of these people, thus increasing the likelihood that the cost of enrollment will be a safe investment. Union Leader: What good is altering the curricula if students simply do not have the funds to enroll or the time to attend?
