Givne that : $0.0256\div 0.064\times(0.4)^8=(0.4)^x\times0.16$

$\implies 0.4\times (0.4)^8=(0.4)^x\times (0.4)^2$

$\implies (0.4)^9=(0.4)^x+2$

$\implies 9=x+2\implies x=7$

Option (C) is correct.
