Two arcs of lengths $a \; \text{cm}$ and $b \; \text{cm}$ subtend angles $60^{\circ}$ and $90^{\circ}$ at the centre of a circle respectively. The relation between $a$ and $b$ is :

  1. $b = \sqrt{2a}$
  2. $3b = 2a$
  3. $3a = 2b$
  4. $a = \sqrt{2b}$
