1st  term follows like this:

  • $Q-3=N$
  • $N-3=K$
  • $K-3=H$
  • $H-3=E$

2nd  term follows like this:

  • $P-3=M$
  • $M-3=J$
  • $J-3=G$
  • $G-3=D$

3rd   term follows like this:

  • $O-3=L$
  • $L-3=I$
  • $I-3=F$
  • $F-3=C$

Option (A) is correct.
