The series follows the following pattern:

  • $52-1=51$
  • $51-3=48$
  • $48-5=43$
  • $43-7=36$
  • $36-9=27$
  • $27-11=16$

So, $34$ is wrong in given series.

correct series will be $52,51,48,43,36,27,16$,(Subtract $1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11$ from successive numbers.)
