Statement : Should hand baggage on all international flights be permanently banned

Arguments :

1. No, it causes a lot of inconvenience since items of minimum requirement need to be carried during long haul flights
2. Yes,it is necessary to ensure security of passengers on board

I think only 1st statement makes sence but not 2nd statement, because 1st statement is 100% true but for 2nd statement we have alternate solution in this high technology world. We have technology solution to check any illegal things and eveny we can check it mannualy by increasing staffs to provide good experience to the customer.
