Given that: $60 \%(x-y)=30 \%(x+2y)$
$\implies 0.6(x-y)=0.3(x+2y)$
$\implies 2(x-y)=(x+2y)$
$\implies 2x-2y=x+2y$
$\implies x=4y\implies y=\frac{x}{4}\times\frac{100}{x}=25\%$
Option (D) is correct.
