Given that: $F@D \% K\#H$

  • $F@D$:F is the husband of D, and D is the wife.
  • $D\%K$: D is the daughter of K
  • $K\#H$:K is the father of H, K has 2 children D and H. so F is a brother-in-law to H because F and D are couples.

So option (A) is correct.
