Giraffe left : 124 - 64% of 124 = 45.88
For Congtin, in "other" category,
# of animals = 108.
Required, Giraffe left : #of animals == 45.88 : 108
= (somewhat) 1:2.
Therefore, (A) 1:2 should be the answer.
