Ans is option (C)

Area of the circular garden including the $3$ ft. wide path $=$  $\pi\times(10+3)^{2}=169\pi$ square ft.

Area of the circular garden without the path =  $\pi\times 10^{2}=100\pi$ square ft.

$\therefore$  Area of the  $3$ ft. wide path =  $169\pi-100\pi$ square ft. = $69\pi$ square ft
