For first digit there is only 1 choice i.e. 7.

For second digit number of choices= 5 (0,2,4,6,8)

For 3rd and 4th digit

S.N. Second Last Digit Range of Last digit Number of choices
1 0 1-9 9
2 1 2-9 8
3 2 3-9 7
4 3 4-9 6
5 4 5-9 5
6 5 6-9 4
7 6 7-9 3
8 7 8-9 2
9 8 9 1
      Total choices=45

Total no of different number plate possible=1*5*45=225

Hence Option (1)225 is the Answer.
