To be divisible by 5 the last digit must be 5 (0 is not given). So, we only have choice for remaining 2 digits and they can come from $\{2,3,6,7,9\}$ without repetition and order matters (215 and 125 are different). So, total number of such numbers $$= {}^5P_2 = 20.$$
