The total number of persons who read Ganashakti and Anand Bazar Patrika = 200

Number of persons who read Ganashakti in Dighoshpur =121

Number of persons who read Anand Bazar Patrikain Dighoshpur =117

By Principle of  inclusion and exclusion,

AnandBazarPatrika $\cup$ Ganashakti = AnandBazarPatrika + Ganashakti - $\mid Ganashakti \cap Anand bazar patrika \mid$

200 = 121 + 117 - x

x = 38

People who read both  Ganashakti and Anand bazar patrika = 38

Hence,

Number of persons in Dighoshpur who read only Ganashakti  = 121 - 38 = 83
