1) The age of Umesh Choksi as on 1.11.2011 is 21years 11months 5days, so he fulfills the first condition and also all the others, so he gets selected.

2) The age of Pratibha Kale as on 1/11/2011 is 23years 4months 25 days and she fulfills all the criteria except the 4th criteria of getting at-least 50% marks in the selection process - thus a required condition is violated - the candidate is rejected.

3) Arun Patil is 23years,3months and 19days and fulfills all the other criteria, so selected.

4) Prabha Dixit is , 6years,6months and 13days ,so she fails to fulfill the first criteria, but she is not more than 28years of age and has been serving as Account Assistant for past 5 years and fulfills all the other criteria, so referred to GM accounts.

5) Amul Verma fulfills all the other criteria excepting the 2nd one of getting at-least 55%marks in B.Com. So he gets rejected. (A non B.Com. candidate can be referred to VP-Accounts if he/she has 59% but a B.Com candidate requires at least 55% as per the given conditions).
