Once please check option 3 (only either 1 or 2 and either 3 or 4) I think option 3 is correct

If 3 is an answer then 1 and 2 are also answers. Best answer here would be None of these though all options are TRUE because the question is about which conclusion is TRUE not about which option is TRUE.

Sir, All conclusion are false, but if we see "either 1 or 2", where both are complement of each other then option 3 becomes true.
same with either 3 or 4.

option 3 is correct here.
either i or ii . and either iii or iv only
option 1 is not correct as it will cover i and ii conclusions and option 2 is not correct as it will cover iii and iv conclusions
