In the above given options , choice $\text{(B) BAE}$  is looking perfect . 
$E$ can be concluded from $B$ and $A$. 

B. All Polluted Towns Should Be Destroyed.

A. Some Towns In India Are Polluted.

E. Some Towns In India Should Be Destroyed.
