|r − 6 |= 11

 r − 6 = 11, r = 17

or –(r – 6) = 11, r = –5

| 2q – 12 | =8

2q –12 = 8 , q = 10

or 2q – 12 = –8 , q =2

Hence, minimum value of $\frac{10}{-5}= -2$

Hence, Option(D)None of these is the Answer.
