90% of 20 kg = 18 kg Water in Fresh Grapes

Remaining  = 2 kg

So 2 kg = 80% of Dry Grapes

2 kg = 4/5 of Dry grapes

Dry grapes = 5/2 = 2.5 kg

So, 2.5 kg Dry Grapes are available in 20 kg Fresh Grapes.
