First multiplier = 35

Let Second multiplier =x and result of multiplication = y

now

35 * x =y .........................(1)

Instead of taking 35 as one of the multipliers, she took 53. As a result, the product went up by 540

53 * x = y+ 540................(2)

from (1) and (2)

y=$\frac{18900}{18} =1050$

So new product will be = 1050+540 =1590

Hence,Option(D) 1590 is the Answer.
