Best answer
97  all others are perfect squares while 97 is a prime number.
$18^2 = 324$
$21^2 = 441$
$8^2 = 64$

Last yr iisc banglore has given answer C and D both as correct.. can you please tell me how it can be D 64 ?
May be sum of the digits not being a perfect square.
