In the given figure, $∠BAC = 120º$  and $AD$ is the bisector of $∠BAC$. If $\frac{(AD)(AB)}{BD} = \frac{AE}{EC}( AE + EC )$ and $∠EDC = ∠ECD$, what is the ratio of $∠B$ and $∠C$?
